What is it? A weed-whacker in a golf club.

This product is a funny novelty to amuse your golf buddies. You hit a shot into the rough. What do you do? Pull out your Big Daddy Driver, open the secret cap on the bottom of the club head, and there is a battery-powered weed whacker. You trim the grass away from your ball, and play away.

The product isn’t meant to be used as an actual golf club to hit a golf ball. It runs on AA batteries, and is activated by holding down two buttons on the hand grip. Replacement trimming string is available.

In our evaluation we were able to both trim grass around a golf ball as well as just use it as a trimmer on some grass along a wall. If you have a small trimming job to do, and don’t want to mess with gas-powered weed trimmers or extension cords for electric ones, this one works! But keep that in mind – it IS a real weed-whacker and proper safety precautions should be taken as you would with any trimmer.

We’re fairly sure that this products isn’t eligible for use in any PGA sanctioned tournaments.
