What is it? A marble board and two ice cream spades for mixing toppings into ice cream.

This product is a kitchen-sized version of the marble slabs used in ice cream shops for mixing ingredients into ice cream. The set contains the 9”x11” marble board, which has rubber feet to keep it in place on the counter; and two cast aluminum spades for mixing. It comes with instructions and recipes. You place the set into the freezer for a few hours prior to use.

We tested it using vanilla ice cream and chocolate chips. We were able to easily mix the chips into the ice cream without it melting. The more you stir the ice cream the creamier it becomes, making it easier to mix in any ingredients you desire. We observed that the board stayed cold for quite a while after removing it from the freezer.

This product would be great for families who like different types or toppings on ice cream. Everyone can have what they like, and you don’t have to buy several different cartons of different flavors. It’s fun and easy to use.
