What is it? A set of two different size painting pads and a tray with attached paint roller. The entire set costs $19.99 and replacement pads are are $9.99 for a set of four (two large and two small).
We tested the Point 'n Paint on a bay window using the smaller pad. It took one person approximately twenty minutes to paint the wall below and on either side of the windows. We only had to do a single coat of paint with the Point 'n Paint, so the painting time was cut in half. We had to use a brush to get between the windows because of the angle of the bay. The other problem we had was paint build-up along the lower edge of the painting pad which caused paint run-off on the baseboards.
Clean-up took about 5 minutes. We simply used water in the kitchen sink. One thing to note is that the roller in the paint tray does come apart and you will want to clean inside it.
We recommend using the point and paint, but it did fail to meet some claims.
