The Snuggie is almost identical to the Slanket, which we evaluated about a year ago. It is basically a blanket with sleeves. It keeps one warm, the sleeves are convenient, and what more can be said?
We intend to add to this review after we have used the Snuggie for some time. We will see how it holds up after about 3 times in the washing machine and dryer. We will also contact our local fire department to determine if there is any potential additional fire hazard with regard to the Snuggie.
We have found that several products we have evaluated 'out of the box' seem to work fine. However, we have noticed comments about several products not holding up well after several uses. Viewer input is welcome. |

Summary:
Snuggie is almost identical to Slanket (see review for slanket). We are doing this review with the intention of adding to it as, and after, the product is used for some time. In addition, we will look at the product in terms of fire safety, and also how it holds up after several washings.
The Snuggie came with a bonus 'Press and Open' flashlight that attaches to a book for convenient reading.
