What is it? A small digital audio recorder.

This product is about the size of a key fob, made of plastic, and very easy to use. The product package includes two units. Each one comes with a battery already installed and all you have to do to activate it is pull out a plastic strip from the battery compartment that is separating one of its contacts and it’s ready to go.

To use the product you simply hold down the Record button and speak into it. The instructions recommend speaking about three inches from the microphone. To play back the recording, just hit the Play button.

The record time is 20 seconds, and it holds one message at a time. If you hit the Record button again, the previous message is erased in lieu of the new recording. So it’s important NOT to accidentally hit the Record button if you have a recording you want to save for a period of time. The product also features an LED flashlight.

The keychain ring is also easily detachable, which would be very convenient if you were using it for your car keys and had them in the ignition and driving, and then suddenly wanted to record something you didn’t want to forget.

The audio reproduction quality is pretty basic, but functional. Listen to it for yourself on the video.
